Macquarie Sponsorship & Conference Marketing Manager in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania

Join our Client Solutions Group Marketing Communications team as a Sponsorship & Conference Marketing Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for the marketing execution and management of Macquarie Asset Management's key client-facing conferences and sponsorships and will partner with internal and external stakeholders to support efforts for a consistent, scalable, and best-in-class client experience framework for client events and sponsorships in the Americas. You will support brand and content activation of sponsorships/conferences and collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure that event experience objectives align with overall marketing and business goals. You will partner closely with internal colleagues across distribution, strategic relationships, product, creative services, and Macquarie Group Global Event Marketing team to deliver an effective client experience, including client engagement before, during and after each event. You will manage client registration and attendee tracking systems, including online registration platforms and CRM systems, as well as measure and evaluate the effectiveness of events based on lead generation, brand awareness, alignment to existing ROI, and quantitative/qualitative feedback; and will utilize this data to modify existing marketing efforts. What you offer Bachelor's degree in marketing, with previous experience in sponsorship and conference support. 3-5 years of experience in marketing, preferably within Asset Management, US Wealth, or the financial industry is preferred. Ability to work with a high degree of urgency and manage time-sensitive deadlines, while maintaining and adhering to budget requirements and project requests related to event programs. Ability to work after hours on-site at conferences and travel within the United States as needed. Prior experience using Cvent (or similar) event management platform.
