TEKsystems Service Desk Analyst in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania

Description:

This Healthcare company has recently merged with a few companies. This has caused there to be an influx of calls for the current Service Desk Analysts . An additional spot has been approved to help handle the call volume.

What our team will be handling:

  • Level 1 service desk calls (password resets, light troubleshooting with Win 10 and Office 365)

  • Setting up mobile phones, dual factor authentication

  • Assisting with logging into EPIC and MyChart

  • Will be using ServiceNow to track/log calls and delegate issue to the correct team members.

  • This position is 100% remote, but Director would like candidates to sit in DE, PA, NJ

  • The candidate will be using their own device (need Windows 10 or 11) or if they don't have a device we will provide

  • Shift is Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm.
