Insight Global Service Desk Analyst (Philly 2 days/week) in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania

Job Description

The ideal candidate for the IT Support Specialist position should possess exceptional communication skills and a pleasant phone demeanor. They must demonstrate strong customer service and IT support skills, catering to both senior clients and employees. Patience and a commitment to prioritizing quality over ticket quotas are essential. A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in IT support, preferably with a background in Helpdesk or service desk, is required. The candidate should prioritize first call resolution and exhibit expertise in ServiceNow support, Windows, MS Suite, Mac, Windows, Android, iPhone, Cisco AnyConnect, VPN support, Active Directory, SCCM, and remote support. Familiarity with Intune and mobile device configuration is a plus. Proficiency in troubleshooting Windows operating systems, hardware, and software is expected, along with hands-on experience in display, keyboards, monitors, and hardware repairs. Familiarity with financial applications is advantageous, and the candidate should be able to speak confidently to all aspects of their resume. You MUST be willing to work 1030am-7pm EST.

Skills and Requirements

2+ years of experience in IT support, with a preference for Helpdesk or service desk background

 Demonstrate strong customer service and IT support skills, catering to senior clients and employees

 Experience with tools such as: ServiceNow support, Windows, MS Suite, Mac, Intune (Mobile) Android/iPhone, VPN support Cisco AnyConnect, Active Directory, SCCM, and remote support.

 MUST BE ABLE TO PASS A CREDIT CHECK

 Must be able to work 1030am-7pm EST. Financial Services experience Merrill Lynch, Vanguard, Thomson Reuters, etc.

 Experience with SCCM & Intune null
