Position Summary The Systems Administration Advisor will support the IT infrastructure and will require Microsoft Windows end user computer systems administration and scripting skills. Responsibilities will involve operational and project work. Responsibilities: • Serve as first level contact for IT support requests in person, over the phone, or via e-mail. This involves managing intake of IT support requests from the helpdesk system. • Research and resolve requests within defined SLAs. Escalate to senior team members for assistance or assign to appropriate team. • Document and track status of requests, coordinate appropriate response, and follow-up to ensure client satisfaction. • Interact with vendors and outside parties as necessary to complete requests. • Facilitate knowledge sharing by creating and maintaining detailed, comprehensive documentation and diagrams. • Collaborate on projects with senior team members which may require independent research. • Evaluate new products and services to improve the IT experience for end users. • Constantly evaluate existing procedures and processes, and work with manager and team to update and improve. • Occasional travel to other company locations. • Participate in on-call rotation Skills & Experience • At least 5 years experience in similar roles. • CompTIA A+ or relevant IT certifications is a big plus. • M365 administration experience is a big plus. • Administration of Microsoft Windows 10 and 11 on Dell desktops and laptops, and related peripherals. • Administration of MS Office suite and other standard and custom business applications. • Administration of Apple iOS and Android devices in a corporate setting. • Basic Active Directory user, group, and Group Policy management. • Basic network troubleshooting. • Basic telephony setup and troubleshooting. • Ability to diagnose and resolve basic IT issues. • Proficiency in English with excellent verbal communication skills with the ability to effectively interact with various levels of employees and external parties. Ability to produce clear and effective documentation • Customer-oriented. • Desktop engineering—creating and maintaining images, software deployment, and patching. • Ability to automate tasks by utilizing batch files, PowerShell, and registry modifications. • Experience with Quest KACE K1000/SMA (IT asset management and software deployment) or similar (SCCM, etc.) is a big plus. • Experience with Quest KACE K2000/SDA (IT desktop imaging) or similar (SCCM, etc.) is a big plus. • Associate’s degree in IT related major. • Desire to advance and learn while being able to handle recurring tasks such as patching and audit requests.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $35.00 - $50.00
