GSK's US Oncology team is looking for a Sr. Director of Marketing, to lead one of our brand teams.  As the Sr. Director of Marketing, Oncology, you will oversee a critical launch asset that can create a step change for GSK's Oncology future.  In this role you will be responsible for bringing this potentially proactive changing innovation to customer and patients in Multiple Myeloma.

This role will provide YOU the opportunity to lead key activities to progress YOUR career. These responsibilities include some of the following:

Provide strategic leadership and oversee the US launch of the Multiple Myeloma brand. Work collaboratively with internal stakeholders (Global, Medical Affairs, Insights etc.) to co-create the strategy and shape the market. Ensure deep insights of customers and the healthcare ecosystem in order to develop appropriate tactics and campaigns, and partner with appropriate vendors/agencies. After launch, work in close partnership with integrated cross-functional teams to learn, assess and picot quickly as needed. Develop and monitor appropriate KPIs for launch and on-going performance. Manage and deploy financial resources across the team.

Why you?

Basic Qualifications: We are looking for professionals with these required skills to achieve our goals: Bachelor's degree 15+ years in bio-pharmaceutical Industry, including experience in Global and US Marketing 5+ years of experience in Hematology / Oncology

Preferred Qualifications: If you have the following characteristics, it would be a plus: Master's degree/MBA Hematology experience Prior experience leading a launch in the US market Prior experience supporting Life Cycle Innovation in US or Global capacity Demonstrated ability to lead complex, matrix assignments to achieve business objectives Strong business acumen
