ACE American Insurance Company Senior Data Analytics & Reporting Consultants in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania

Senior Data Analytics & Reporting Consultants (ACE American Insurance Company (Chubb)) (Philadelphia, PA): Collate and aggregate data from disparate systems, perform data cleaning and manipulation, analyze large datasets; Design, build, maintain and manage dynamic data models created with advanced Excel formulas to facilitate global compensation and strategic talent acquisition initiatives; Design and create reports and dashboards using Tableau data visualization software and provide data analysis and insights to stakeholders; Automate processes and create tools for greater operational efficiency (40%); Effectively manage data collection and delivery of talent acquisition reporting from multiple internal global sources. Collaborate with Global TA leads and recruiting teams in APAC, LATAM and EMEA to obtain candidate slate data, track progress towards completion and ensure compliance with timelines, provide status updates, conduct data validation testing and resolve problems that arise (15%); Lead routine status check-ins with two dotted-line reports regarding monthly and ad-hoc talent acquisition reporting, review and QA client deliverables, provide training and create user documentation for processes, discuss challenges/issues and explore solutions (10%); Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify challenges. Conduct research, determine user and data requirements, develop key performance indicators and metrics. Present stakeholders with recommended data solutions aligned with organizational goals and business objectives (15%); Deliver ad-hoc, monthly and quarterly dashboards and reports to management and senior leadership on headcount movement, diversity and inclusion metrics, succession planning, return to-office compliance, turnover and corresponding census data, highlighting notable progress, relevant trends and insights and answering follow up questions (10%); Identify and document data and user requirements for Talent Acquisition Analytics and provide Global Product Owners with strategic insights on the broader impact of design, considering downstream and upstream effects; Execute in Oracle HCM configuration and testing tasks, documenting issues and contributing to solutions and improvement plans, ensuring alignment with functional specifications and timely delivery and adherence to project milestones (10%). In order to complete the above-mentioned tasks, the following skills and experience are required: Experience using analytical concepts and statistical techniques (including hypothesis development, designing tests/experiments, analyzing data, drawing statistically defensible conclusions); Ability to automate and streamline data reporting, as well as building prototype models and dashboards; Experience with large, disparate and varied data sets, and manipulation of raw data into insight; Experience creating advanced formulas in Tableau and Excel for large data manipulation, analysis and visualization; Experience with research design, visualization techniques and analysis; and Ability to manage and resolve open items in the context of larger projects. Requires a Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Business Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics or related field, and at least two [2] years of experience as a Data Analyst or related occupation.
