Job Summary
Join our dynamic Construction Management team at TYLin and embark on an exciting journey as a Resident Engineer! We're looking for a Resident Engineer who thrives on challenges and is passionate about driving excellence in construction. This position is based out of either Philadelphia OR Pittsburgh, PA.
As the Resident Engineer, you'll play a pivotal role in our diverse range of infrastructure projects. Your responsibilities will encompass not only determining and implementing procedures and inspecting materials, but also orchestrating agency coordination and applying innovative techniques to execute construction management tasks seamlessly.

The Qualification We Seek Are: * Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field. Demonstrated experience working on-site, on large construction projects may be considered as acceptable alternative experience. * Professional Engineer (PE) preferred. * Extensive experience in construction engineering and inspection of water, surface transportation or public works projects working. * OSHA 30-hour safety course preferred or ability to obtain within 90 days. * Client focused, always striving to give clients the best solutions. * Strong commitment to innovation by creating new and better ways to solve clients' toughest challenges. * High levels of integrity, always doing the right thing in an ethical, fair, and sustainable way. * Demonstrated experience of collaboration in a diverse and inclusive team, working together toward technical excellence.
