Summary The Registered Nurse is a licensed Healthcare Professional in the State of Pennsylvania, who provides care, plans, organizes, and directs services to patients in their homes, under the guidance of a physician. The professional nurse builds from the resources of the community to plan and direct services to meet the needs of the individuals and families within their homes. Qualifications * Registered Professional Nurse with a current valid Pennsylvania license maintaining CEU requirements established by the State Board of Nursing * Minimum of 2 year nursing experience. * 1 year of Home Health experience is strongly preferred. OASIS knowledge and experience is preferred. * Graduate of a state-approved School of Nursing * Holds a current CPR card * Requires travel from one assignment to another on the same day, and a reliable independent means of transportation is essential. * Must have a valid Driver’s License and auto insurance, with limits adhering to those established in the personnel policies. Must attain and retain an acceptable motor vehicle report. * Must obtain and retains a clear Criminal History Report, Childline, FBI.
