Robert Half Project Manger Strategic Initiatives in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania

Description We are seeking a Project Manager for Strategic Initiatives located in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, United States. The Project Manager will be involved in overseeing large-scale, multi-stakeholder initiatives that demonstrate our mission to both internal and external stakeholders. This role will be part of a dynamic team and will offer a contract to permanent employment opportunity.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with staff, trustees, consultants, and external partners to establish project goals, objectives, and deliverables

• Monitor the progress of assigned projects, identify potential risks, and make proactive adjustments to ensure completion within the stipulated timeframe

• Develop comprehensive project plans, which include timelines, budgets, resource allocation, and risk assessment

• Work closely with leadership to manage and execute projects across all business units

• Coordinate and communicate updates to stakeholders, keeping them informed about project milestones, challenges, and successes

• Utilize critical thinking skills to execute complex tasks

• Assist in developing and managing project budgets, keeping track of project expenditures, reconciling invoices, and processing payments

• Establish and maintain effective working relationships with team members, fostering collaboration and partnership management

• Utilize tools such as Adobe Creative Cloud, Adobe InDesign, CRM, Asana, JIRA to manage project-related tasks and communications. Requirements • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a relevant field

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud and Adobe InDesign

• Familiarity with Content Management System (CMS) and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools

• Demonstrable experience in enhancing Brand Awareness

• Understanding of Budget Processes and Campaign Planning

• Experience using project management tools such as Asana and JIRA

• Strong skills in Stakeholder Communications and conducting Executive Meetings

• Knowledge of Public Affairs is required

• Background in Archaeology or experience working with archaeological projects is a plus

• Experience in managing Art Exhibitions is desirable

• Formal Project Management certification or equivalent experience is mandatory

• Proven ability to deliver engaging Executive Presentations
