Pay Transparency:

The anticipated starting salary range for Philadelphia-based individuals expressing interest in this position is $80,000/yr. to $90,000/yr.

Salary to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, abilities and location of the applicant, as well as internal and external equity.

Overview:

The Product Operations Managerrole will support all aspects of the Audacy, Inc. owned and operated platforms such as the Audacy app, local and national websites, media hosting platforms, other emerging platforms in addition to partner platforms. This person will work with Product and Operation team members to manage special projects, provide high level support, agendas, and information flows.

Reporting to the Senior Director, Product Operations, this role will lead the monitoring/resolution strategy of digital production issues, maintaining and optimizing digital operations, implementing product strategy and direct-to-consumer initiatives across various content systems and implementing continuous improvements across all digital channels. This role requires organizational drive, process improvement skills, an analytical mindset, strong communication skills, leadership ability, vendor management experience, ability to cross-collaborate, and an interest in driving product quality.

Responsibilities

What You'll Do:

  • Implement and manage a portfolio of initiatives and projects for the Product and Operations teams

  • Manage the operations and production support of owned and operated digital properties and partner platformssuch as websites, mobile app, and Alexa and other voice platforms

  • Proactively manage and escalate major risks, bugs/defects, and dependencies impacting multiple teams/groups.

  • Resolve technical and non-technology related issues impacting multiple teams/groups, escalating to teams using established workflows, and managing resolution.

  • Recommend solutions to management based on an understanding of business and technical issues.

  • Develop, implement and maintain operations processes to maximize user adoption and channel containment for service and support transactions.

  • Other responsibilities as required.

Qualifications

More About You:

Required/Preferred:

  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Business, Marketing, Computer Science or relevant field

  • 3+ years of relevant online/digital experience in a fast paced environment, preferably with media or related industry experience

  • Strong understanding of data querying methods, including use of template syntax to retrieve and analyze API and Database results

  • General understanding of front end coding languages (HTML, CSS, Javascript, JSON)

  • Understanding of technical aspects of web and mobile applications, including database-driven functionalities, general web functionality, page header and web requests, etc.

  • Project management skills with an excellent ability to organize complex tasks

  • Excellent written and oral communication skills, problem solving skills and decision-making skills

  • Highly motivated individual with a passion for positive change

  • Ability to multi-task and manage several projects at once

  • Portfolio of tools/solutions launched in previous roles for business process automation (Atlassian, Zendesk)

  • A structured thinker who helps advance the strategy and execution of the Product Operations team

  • Proven record of productivity and comfort with navigating high-volume information flows, multiple competing stakeholders, situational ambiguity, and complexity.
