Bambinou Academy Center, Inc Pre-K Lead Teacher in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania
Are you passionate about early childhood education? Do you have experience working with young children? Bambinou Academy is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Preschool Teacher to join our team.
Responsibilities: - Create and implement age-appropriate lesson plans and activities that promote learning and development - Provide a safe and inclusive environment for children to explore, play, and socialize - Foster positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues - Assess and monitor each child's progress and communicate effectively with parents - Collaborate with other teachers and staff to ensure a well-rounded educational experience for the children - Adhere to all licensing and safety regulations
Requirements: - Minimum of 2 years of experience working with preschool-aged children - A minimum of an associate degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field is preferred - Strong knowledge of child development principles and best practices - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work in a team-oriented and fast-paced environment - Current CPR and First Aid certifications (or willingness to obtain) - Reliable transportation to and from the childcare center
