Our client, a leader in facility management, is seeking a Mobile HVAC Technician ?to join their team. As a Mobile HVAC Technician, you will be part of the maintenance department supporting multiple facilities. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to work independently, which will align successfully in the organization.

What's the Job?
Perform maintenance and repairs to Mechanical, Plumbing, Structural, Furniture, Fire, Life Safety, and Control systems for the facility.
Travel between multiple facilities to ensure their proper function and compliance with applicable standards.
Maintain responsibility for facility services, preventative maintenance, purchasing, and inventory control.
Monitor and maintain HVAC systems and associated equipment at optimum performance levels.
Comply with safety procedures and maintain a clean and safe workplace, recognizing and proposing methods to eliminate hazards.
What's Needed?
High School Diploma or Equivalent.
5-7 years of experience maintaining and repairing commercial building systems.
Ability to analyze and troubleshoot Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, and HVAC systems.
EPA 608 Type II Certification.
Working knowledge of computer applications including Word and Excel.
