Job Title: MEP Project Manager

Job Description

Actalent is seeking a MEP Project Manager to join their Philadelphia team. The ideal candidate will have an Electrical or Mechanical Engineering Degree and extensive experience in MEP Management for buildings. This role requires proficiency in Electrical Design and Electrical Studies, including Due Diligence and Field Testing. The candidate should have over 8 years of experience working as a project manager for MEP projects, with AutoCAD and Revit experience, though it is not a design-heavy role. Strong client management skills and experience handling projects of varying sizes are essential.

Hard Skills

  • Electrical or Mechanical Engineering Degree

  • Experience with MEP Management for Buildings

  • Proficiency in Electrical Design

  • Proficiency in Electrical Studies (Due Diligence/Field Testing)

  • 8+ years of experience as a project manager for MEP projects

  • AutoCAD and Revit experience

Work Site

This is a hybrid position requiring some days on-site in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania and some days remote.
