Creative Circle, LLC Marketing Manager in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania
Our client, a leading provider for comprehensive tax solutions, is looking for a freelance, Marketing Manager, to support their marketing team on current and upcoming campaigns. This person will help drive brand awareness and business growth through various campaigns.
The ideal candidate is a creative, detail-oriented, and results-driven professional with a proven track record of success in developing and executing effective advocacy campaigns, performance tracking, customer surveying, and case studies.
This person will work remotely, 37.5 hours per week, for the next 5 months.
The Marketing Manager will be: - developing and executing comprehensive marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness and business growth - monitoring and analyze the performance of campaigns and adjust strategies as needed - creating and managing customer surveys to measure customer satisfaction - developing and executing customer case studies to showcase successes - collaborating with various teams to ensure alignment between marketing and sales objectives - monitoring industry trends and adjust strategies accordingly
This Marketing Manager will have: - a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. MBA or relevant certification is a plus. - a proven track record of success in developing and executing effective campaigns - proficiency in performance tracking and customer surveying - knowledge of the financial services industry - exceptional written and verbal communication skills - proficiency in CRM software, customer survey tools, and project management tools - ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers and internal teams - an analytical mindset with the ability to derive insights from data
