Reference #: JREQ129006 We are seeking a Lead Business Analyst (Data Governance, Master Data) to join our Data Strategy Team within Enterprise Architecture. This role focuses on Master Data Management (MDM) and Data Governance within the enterprise data ecosystem, playing a pivotal part in shaping our data strategy and ensuring robust data governance across the organization.

About You: Experience, Education, Skills, and Accomplishments Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field or equivalent relevant work experience 7+ years of relevant work experience

Communication Skills: Strong ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders Technical Expertise: In-depth knowledge of modern data technologies and architectures, including data lakes, data warehouses, big data platforms, and cloud services (AWS, Azure, Snowflake) Experience developing project plans for leveraging data within a complex architecture Background in business operations or technical project management

What will you be doing in this role? Strategic Planning: Collaborate with business and IT leaders to develop and refine the enterprise data strategy, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and technological advancements. Master Data Management (MDM) Strategy: Design and oversee a comprehensive MDM strategy to ensure the consistency, accuracy, and scalability of core business data across multiple systems and stakeholders. Collaboration: Serve as a bridge between IT teams and business units to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation, fostering strong communication and collaboration. Technology Evaluation: Regularly assess emerging technologies to enhance our data capabilities. Governance and Compliance: Establish and maintain data governance policies and frameworks to protect and maximize the value of the organization's data assets.

About the Team We are a team of Enterprise Architects, Business Process Consultants, and Solution Analysts aligned to business and technology functions across the Enterprise within the technology services organization. Our domain experts play a pivotal role in crafting enterprise-wide strategies that seamlessly integrate with our business goals and objectives, ensuring cohesive alignment throughout the company. Your contribution to our team is integral as we collaborate to deliver innovative solutions tailored to meet our ever-evolving business needs.

Hours of Work Full-Time, Permanent Position: Hybrid work model with 2-3 days per week on-site. Location: Must be within commuting distance to one of our US offices: Overland Park, KS; Philadelphia, PA; Ann Arbor, MI.
