Summary of Position: Assists the Mgr and Supervisor in the coordination and execution of the facility management program and the development and execution of Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) utilizing the existing Working Order System while transitioning to SAP Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) for all AWPC Infrastructure and EHS assets.  Assist in building maintenance, space planning, capital project, and EHS initiatives by coordinating overall scheduling of departmental work and closing of work orders when completed. He/she will maintain all drawings, specifications, and manuals related to the site. Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

1.

Support Mgr and Supervisor in creation and maintenance of list of all assets for the TPM program.  Support creation of work instructions regarding the TPM tasks. Coordinate planning, scheduling, and completion of TPM tasks in with existing workorder systems until transitioned to CMMS (SAP), work-plans must include the necessary detail, labor allocation, parts, and equipment availability, to ensure the most efficient execution of work. Update/refine the TPM programs with additional information as needed.

Load critical spare part inventory for all assets into work order system/CMMS

Establish and maintain schedule for departmental workflow; administer work order system

Process requisitions in SAP - Order maintenance supplies as needed; Serve as departmental central hub for quote follow up & processing of invoices

Support MGR and Supervisor as needed with periodic maintenance inspections of facilities for safety hazards and regulation requirements; securing the building and perform other duties and fulfill other responsibilities as assigned.

Qualification for Position:

Education High school diploma or equivalent;

Experience 3-5 years of experience in Preventative/Predicative/Reactive maintenance planning in an industrial setting.

Competencies & Attributes 1.

Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule. Ability to interpret blueprints and Operation and Maintenance Manuals

2.

Ability to lift up to 50 pounds

3.

PC skills; SAP skills; CMMS skills

5.

Well-organized, ability to multi-task and prioritize projects

6.

Able to work independently; Work on beyond normal hours on occasion as  needed to support operations.

Licensure/Certification Valid driver's license
