Job Title: Clinical Research Coordinator

Job Description

We are seeking a highly experienced Clinical Research Coordinator with a strong background in clinical research and patient care. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of clinical research experience, specifically within the cardiovascular field. This role involves collecting and managing study documents, protocols, regulatory documents, informed consents, case report forms, and source documents.

Responsibilities

  • Collect study documents, protocols, regulatory documents, informed consents, case report forms, and source documents.

  • Perform patient recruitment and consenting.

  • Ensure accurate and timely patient data entry.

  • Conduct chart reviews and pre-screen patients.

  • Manage data and ensure compliance with GCP and IRB regulations.

  • Report adverse events as required.

  • Maintain effective communication and writing skills to support clinical trial activities.

Essential Skills

  • Minimum 5 years of clinical research experience.

  • Experience with in-hospital clinical research.

  • At least 3 years of RN experience. (optional)

  • Strong knowledge of IRB and human research protection regulations.

  • Effective communication and writing skills.

  • Proficiency in patient recruitment and consenting.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

  • BA/BS degree.

  • Experience with adverse event reporting.

  • Familiarity with cardiovascular clinical trials.

Work Environment

This role is based in a combination of an office and hospital/outpatient surgery setting. The work environment is very fast-paced and involves a high volume of industry and investigator studies. The position requires on-site presence initially, with the potential for a hybrid work arrangement (1-2 days remote per week) depending on patient schedules and job performance. The role demands flexibility and the ability to adapt quickly to changing circumstance

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $28.00 - $32.00
