About the Role We are looking for a Finance Analyst with an analytical, collaborative and business-oriented profile. Their role is to control the performance of specific lines of P&L and Working Capital and support the development of specific categories. In this role he will be responsible for the idealization and execution of financial controls, being able to link accounting and business strategies. They must also ensure that financial systems and procedures are in compliance with prescribed BU corporate policies and guidelines.

If this is you, we'd love to talk.    What You Will Do Analysis and business support: * Plan and control investments and expenses in specific P&L lines in conjunction with the areas * Support those responsible for categories in the evaluation of projects and scenarios

Execution of financial processes: * Participate in the creation process of Budgets and Forecasts for the P&L lines under their responsibility * Contribute to the BU's monthly consolidation (P&L, balance sheet, cash flow) and consolidation of long-term financial plans. * Participate actively in the management closure with critical analysis of data received from different areas and provide insights into the areas under their responsibility

Responsibility for defining and improving processes: * Assist in the creation process and review of KPIs and Dashboards (SAP , Excel and Power BI) * Contribute to defining reporting guidelines, instructions and content in alignment with Corporate Finance * Prepare and provide information to the leadership team in all operational financial aspects * Follow Essity control standards and other policies, such as MICR and legal regulations

Who You Are * Degree in Finance/ Business/ Engeneering/ Economy/ Accounting or related degree * 1-3 years Finance/Business experience including leadership experience * General Financial Knowledge (P&L, Cash Flow, Working Capital) * Experience supporting commercial organizations ideally in FMCG * Solid financial understanding and accounting know how * Experience working in complex matrix organizations and with different cultures. * High IT proficiency (Financial consolidation systems, BW, SAP ideally, MS Office) * Knowledge of Power BI will be an advantage
