Acclaim Autism Behavior Technician in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania

Behavior Technicians work directly with children and adolescents diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) in patients' homes, schools and community settings. You don't need to be certified today - we'll train you to become a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT®). Full-time or part-time W2 roles are available. Positions are available in Philadelphia, PA, Chester County, PA, Delaware County, PA & Lancaster, PA.

Duties include:

  • Travel to clients' homes, schools or other community settings & execute treatment plans provided by clinical supervisors

  • Follow programs and teaching plans

  • Document therapy sessions in the electronic health record system

Qualifications

  • High School diploma or equivalent with either military or post-secondary experience (post-secondary degree not required)

  • One year experience working with children or teens

  • Reliable, punctual and organized; strong work ethic

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills

  • Must pass all clearances, including PA child abuse clearance, FBI fingerprinting, PA criminal record check, Federal criminal record check, county criminal record check, sex offender, PA driver's license check, and Center for Medicaid & Medicare checks

  • Fully vaccinated against COVID-19 

  • Optional: Additional language skills in any language (Spanish, Chinese-Mandarin, Arabic, Portuguese & others)
