This is a remote work opportunity. Responsibilities: Accountable for driving and managing transformation initiatives related to middle and back-office activities, including identifying opportunities, defining strategies, and ensuring successful execution through GenAI technologies Work closely with various teams across the organization, including IT, operations, and business units including aligning efforts, fostering collaboration, and ensuring that transformation goals are met Leverage GenAI capabilities identifying areas for process optimization, efficiency gains, and automation; involving streamlining workflows, reducing manual tasks, and enhancing overall operational effectiveness Actively contribute to expanding GenAI's capabilities within Microsoft's cloud ecosystem which may involve integrating GenAI services, exploring new features, and ensuring seamless interoperability Create and maintain roadmaps for M365 Copilot capabilities and other Copilot solutions Qualifications: Minimum ten years of recent technology experience including experience in data science, machine learning and cloud technologies; minimum five years of recent experience in Artificial Intelligence Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university is preferred Strong leadership skills, with experience managing teams of researchers and developers Experience in developing proof of concept (POC) projects and prototypes; quickly comprehend the functions and capabilities of new Gen AI technologies Ability to understand the long-term ("big picture") and short-term perspectives of situations and ability to apply multiple AI solutions to business problems; Excellent verbal/written communication, collaboration, analytical and presentation skills to lead an environment driven by customer service and teamwork; ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners; capable of setting goals and participate in strategic initiatives for a team; and foster the development of high-performance teams and interface with all levels of the organization; able to participate in development of resource plans and structures and influence organizational priorities.
