Asbestos Defense Litigation Paralegal (Center City, Philadelphia)

Responsibilities:
Conduct high-volume defense litigation work, specializing in asbestos defense cases.
Manage the organization of case files, including drafting various legal documents and pleadings.
Assist in the preparation of status reports, deposition transcripts, and expense reports.
Coordinate case calendars and deadlines for hearings, depositions, and mediations.
Review and analyze plaintiff's discovery materials and electronic dockets.
Collaborate closely with attorneys to ensure accurate and timely case management.
Provide support to attorney through all phases
Possess organizational skills and prioritization methods to successfully take on heavy workload
Review a multitude of legal work, including the research and analysis of in-depth legal documents
Database management of all relevant documents
Requirements
Qualifications:
Minimum of three (3) years of paralegal experience, with significant involvement in asbestos defense cases.
Proficiency in legal document preparation and document management software.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with meticulous attention to detail.
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Associate's degree in Paralegal Studies or a related field; paralegal certification is a plus.
