Requirements What You Will Do: Reconcile and maintain 3rd party billing - applying payments and researching variances. Work with operations Teams to insure internal process and procedures are followed. Research information for new credit applications. Projects - investigating and reconciling Unapplied Cash and Over 120+ outstanding AR balances Prepare monthly AR reports. Assist in cash posting when necessary. Maintain petty cash box Adhoc work as needed What You Will Have: HS Diploma or Equivalent 2+ years within an Accounts Receivable function accompanied with 4+ years in an administrative/support role Proficiency with Microsoft Office including Outlook, Excel and Word AS400 Experience is a plus What You May Also Have: Detail oriented - large focus on attention to detail Proficiency with accurate data entry Ability to perform functions of the role self sufficiently Strong communication skills For more information about PENN Power Group, please visit our website at www.pennpowergroup.com An Equal Opportunity Employer.
