Job Responsibilities

Aramark?s Finance Rotational Program offers recent college graduates valuable work experience, mentorship from industry leaders and professional training. As an approximately year-long development and training program, the Finance Rotational Program provides you with an opportunity to see the full breadth of Aramark. Starting with a role in internal audit, you will gain exposure to various business units and departments within Aramark?s operations and then transition into a financial analyst role specializing in one of those business units or departments. This program provides you with the resources you need to ignite your full potential and launch an accelerated career path at Aramark. Selected candidates will additionally participate in structured program activities and developmental exercises tailored to each candidate?s career track.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Participate in field audits, ensuring financial statements are accurately stated and controls are operating as intended.

  • Gain an understanding of key Company processes and controls by performing walkthroughs and control testing as part of Aramark?s SOX compliance program.

  • Perform contract reviews to assess the reasonableness of accounting conclusions reached by management.

  • Develop relationships with key stakeholders in various business units.

  • Evaluate the effectiveness of information technology systems utilized in Company processes.

  • Collaborate with management to identify and implement process improvements.

Qualifications

  • To be considered eligible, participants must graduate between December 2024 ? June 2025 of the current school year for the rising Finance Rotational Program class.

  • This program will start in July 2025. All degree requirements must be completed prior to the start date of the program.

  • Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by Aramark for this position now or in the future.

  • A bachelor?s degree in accounting, finance, management information systems (MIS) or management.

  • Willingness to travel (at least 50%) and ability to relocate to Philadelphia for the duration of the program.

  • Strong leadership, project management, and execution skills.

  • Great verbal, written, and professional communication skills with teammates, customers, clients, and leadership.

  • Dynamic working skills to handle change and ambiguity in a fast-paced environment.
