Capgemini Salesforce Technical Lead in Philadelphia, Mississippi

Location: Philadelphia, PA
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :
Technical Lead / Application Architect on at least two full Salesforce lifecycle implementations
Strong Salesforce to external systems integration (using APIs and IPaaS tools like Mulesoft, etc.)
Strong Salesforce skills in the areas of configuration, custom build using APEX and Lightning
Salesforce certification (Admin, Dev, Architect)
Knowledge of/experience with formal delivery methodologies. Experience with Agile
Agile delivery experience, design and development skills.
Salesforce Admin and Developer certifications
Protoyoing of wireframes using CSS, HMTL, Boostrap and Visualforce
Design and development of custom user interfaces for Salesforce application
At least 2 prior projects with experience in building custom user inteface that required CSS, HMTL, Boostrap and Visualforce page development, Commerce Cloud (DemandWare), Lightning implementation experience, Marketing Cloud, Email Studio and Journey Builder, Congfigure-Price-Quote, Revenue Cycle Management, Customer Service Models, Contract Lifecycle Management, Inside sales CTI
Required Skills:
High proficiency with CSS required. SFDC Capabilities with Visualforce Page creation, HTML5, CSS3, jQuery, and Bootstrap. Handlebars.js recommended.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills as well as listening skills
Significant Consulting/client facing background
Outstanding teamwork and team lead skills
Experience managing offshore development resources in a particular technical area (those being configuration, customization, data migration, integration)
Strong technical knowledge in delivering a particular solution stack using Salesforce (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Community Cloud). In depth understanding of technical confguration, customization and integration concepts for Salesforce
At least 5 years of Salesforce implementation experience (at least 2 as Tech Lead / Dev Lead)
Working towards Salesforce Architect certification
Participation in each phase of at least two full Salesforce lifecycle implementations
