Essential Responsibilities:

We’re looking for a Sr. HR Business Partner who can blend strong business acumen with a solid HR foundation to deliver sustained value to our customers and stakeholders. You’ll be a key resource for our leaders and partner with them to define what success looks like and how we will get there. You will partner with our leaders and influence them to ensure ATC continues to be a Great Place to Work. You will be a culture champion, lead cultural integration efforts, and be an advocate for organizational transformation. As a part of the HR leadership team, this position requires fast assimilation into ATC, a high degree of ownership, a strong ability to quickly form relationships and a passion for working in the ‘gray’.

Additionally, within HR, you will be instrumental in implementing and continually improving HR programs such as performance management, coaching, talent management and succession planning. We have a learning culture within our team, and we share our experiences and learnings with each other to grow our individual and team capabilities. Our ideal candidate will have at least five years’ experience as an HR Business Partner and a bachelor’s degree in human resources or business administration. Ability to meet stakeholder needs while planning and executing programs and projects is required.

ATC embraces flexibility in our work and our workplace. We trust our employees to get work done where and when it makes sense, depending on the schedule for the day and the needs of the business. This position allows for flexible work within proximity to our Cottage Grove or Pewaukee offices, and will also provide a presence in our De Pere and Kingsford offices as needed. The Sr. HR Business Partner will spend approximately 20%-40% of their time traveling between Cottage Grove and Pewaukee with lesser travel to De Pere and Kingsford.
