Summary of Responsibilities:
Join a Great Place to Work! We are looking for a Land Surveying Project Manager to our team! This role will oversee projects that address land surveying elements for electric transmission, substation and maintenance programs. Our Land Surveying Project Manager will communicate requirements to land survey contractors, collaborate with contractors throughout project activities, review work to verify compliance of contractor’s deliverables and provide support and financial updates to project management personnel.
Essential Responsibilities:
In this role, you’ll use your associate’s degree in land surveying, civil engineering, or combination of education and equivalent experience to serve as a subject matter expert for internal and external stakeholders regarding land surveying related issues, draft legal descriptions and prepare drawings/exhibits for acquisition, management, and disposal of real estate interests.
You will manage contracts with land survey contractors and arrange for surveys including: engineering, boundary, aerial and construction surveys. The candidate will partner with ATC business units to ensure specifications, service requisitions and deliverables are understood and results are achieved. You will need to have a surveyor license in Wisconsin or Michigan, or the ability to obtain a license within either state within 2 years of hire.
