Randstad is currently seeking a skilled Assembler to join a dynamic team in Pewaukee, WI. The Assembler will be responsible for assembling components and products according to specified guidelines and blueprints. This role requires attention to detail, precision, and the ability to work efficiently as part of a team.
salary: $15.99 - $16 per hour
shift: First
work hours: 5:45 AM - 2:15 PM
education: High School
Responsibilities
Reads and follows blueprints, travelers, work instructions, specifications, and other instructions to build, assemble and test parts in an accurate and timely fashion
• Examines components and assemblies for correct fit.
• Interpret measurements.
• Documents actions by completing production and quality forms (including electronically).
• Maintains a safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
• Keeps equipment operational by completing preventative maintenance requirements as required.
• Report errors in the product line.
• Regularly follows all safety policies and procedures
• Adheres to established regulatory compliance, industry certification, and Quality Management System requirements
• All other duties as assigned
The essential functions of this role include:
working in a smoke free environment
standing for 7 hours at one time
Skills
Mechanical Aptitude (2 years of experience is preferred)
Mathematical Skills (2 years of experience is preferred)
Blueprint Reading (2 years of experience is preferred)
Mechanical Assembling
Parts Assembling
