Join one of the nation's leading commercial building property management groups as a Building Maintenance Engineer in Petaluma, CA. In this role you'll be responsible for performing maintenance duties for multiple Class A buildings. Ideal candidates will have at least 2 years of experience as a journeyman and be an expert in HVAC systems. This role offers a company car, gas allowance and overtime pay.

responsibilities:
Perform HVAC, refrigeration, and electrical systems design, operations and troubleshooting
Inspect, troubleshoot, repair, and replace pneumatic, mechanical, and electrical equipment
Perform preventative maintenance on equipment
Qualifications
2+ years as a journeyman
Experience with lighting and building controls and designs
Expert in HVAC systems
Must have valid driver's license and acceptable driving record
