Continental IT Engineer Privileged Access/Account Management in Petaling Jaya, Malaysia

To develop and implement adequate security measures we are looking for open minded IT Security professionals that meet expectations of our demanding customers as well as understand the diverse functionality of innovative IT systems.
As an IT Engineer (m/f/diverse) for the Privileged Access Management Platform Service (PAM) in our international environment you will be responsible for maintenance, support, and operation of the PAM Service. You will be part of a motivated, international, and distributed team to support our customers regarding securing their privileged accounts & access.
Your tasks will focus on the following activities:
Operation of the Service (maintenance, support) based on ITIL processes
Troubleshooting of PAM Infrastructure and application, if required together with the external consulting company / vendor
Support customers regarding securing their privileged accounts & access, e.g., onboard new accounts and services
Provide technical consulting for internal customers e.g., IT system integration via API
Participation and/or leading project management activities when required
Conducting trainings for key users and provide support during audits when necessary
Academic degree in Information Technology or comparable qualification
Minimum 2 years of experience in IT Security, Software Development, or IT-System Integration in an international IT enterprise environment
Advanced knowledge in authentication methods & protocols e.g., LDAP, SAML
Advanced knowledge in API Integration e.g., REST, OAuth
Basic knowledge on Windows- and Linux server systems as well as Active Directory
Basic knowledge in Privileged Access/Account Management
Basic knowledge in operating and integrating complex IT-Systems
Very good English language skills (written and spoken)
Working type: reliable, analytical, autonomous, with initiative, creative, team-oriented, service-oriented
