Oracle Field Marketing Operations Specialist in PETACH TIKVA, Israel
Job Description
What you'll do:
Operational Support and Campaign Execution
Oversee the operational logistics for all field marketing initiatives, including digital campaigns, webinars, and in-person events.
Develop and implement workflows and processes to streamline campaign planning and execution.
Manage all operational aspects, including vendor coordination, logistics, resource allocation, and budget tracking.
Ensure all campaign assets and materials are prepared and delivered on time for seamless execution.
Localization from English to Hebrew
System and Process Optimization
Continuously assess and improve field marketing processes to ensure efficiency, scalability, and alignment with company standards.
Implement and maintain systems for tracking and reporting on campaign performance, lead flow, and event metrics.
Manage the integration and utilization of marketing technology tools (CRM, marketing automation, analytics) to support field marketing activities.
Develop best practices and SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) to optimize workflows and maintain consistency across campaigns.
Data Management and Reporting
Ensure all campaign data, including lead information, is accurately captured, synced, and maintained in CRM and marketing automation platforms.
Create and manage dashboards for tracking key performance indicators (KPIs), campaign ROI, and overall impact of field marketing activities.
Provide regular reports and insights to marketing leadership, analyzing campaign effectiveness and identifying areas for improvement.
Support data hygiene efforts by ensuring consistent data quality and integrity across marketing and CRM platforms.
Budget and Resource Allocation
Oversee the budgeting process for field marketing operations, including tracking, forecasting, and financial reconciliation.
Maintain a clear record of expenditures for each campaign and ensure adherence to budget constraints.
Allocate resources effectively to ensure high-priority campaigns are fully supported, identifying cost-effective solutions as needed.
Prepare budget reports and analyses for senior management, providing transparency on spending and ROI.
Vendor and Partner Management
Coordinate with external vendors, agencies, and event partners to manage contracts, timelines, and deliverables.
Negotiate terms and costs with vendors to ensure high-quality, cost-effective services.
Oversee the logistics for event setup, production, and follow-through, ensuring that all vendors deliver according to agreed-upon specifications.
Field Enablement and Internal Coordination
Act as the central point of contact between the field marketing team and cross-functional teams (sales, digital marketing, and events).
Communicate clear operational guidelines and processes to the field team to ensure consistent execution.
Facilitate alignment between field marketing operations and the broader go-to-market strategy.
Support internal knowledge sharing by documenting processes, updates, and best practices to enable better field execution.
What you'll bring:
Technical Skills: Strong proficiency with CRM (Salesforce preferred), marketing automation tools (e.g., Marketo, HubSpot), and project management software (e.g., Asana, Trello).
Analytical Skills: Experience with data analysis and reporting, with a focus on campaign metrics, lead flow, and performance tracking.
Project Management: Excellent project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple operational tasks and prioritize effectively.
Detail-Oriented: High attention to detail, especially in data accuracy, reporting, and financial tracking.
Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to document processes and explain operational workflows clearly.
Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively across multiple departments and manage relationships with both internal teams and external vendors.
Language Skills: Fluency in both English and Hebrew to meet bilingual requirements.
Experience: 3+ years of experience in marketing operations, campaign management, or a similar operations-focused role in a B2B technology or SaaS company.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, Operations Management, or a related field.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in marketing operations within a tech or SaaS environment.
Knowledge of budgeting processes, resource allocation, and cost management.
Familiarity with event management software and tools for efficient event logistics.
