As Technical Project Manager Strategic Accounts you will lead, for the Italian market, project management & technical pre-sales activities with primarily focus on International and Strategic Accounts. You will drive daily activity to support pre-sales technical activities and help on the implementation of our projects.

You will be also contributing to the revenue growth being commercially responsible for a certain number of direct accounts.

In this role, your main job responsibilities will be:

  • Help International and Strategic Account Managers to solve technical issues, including our machine pre-sales application solutions, and our software products and connectivity,

  • Support customers and prospects understanding customer’s issues and helping them on the resolution,

  • Visit customers and prospects for pre-sales activities but supporting installations and after sales problem solving too,

  • Commercial responsibility for growth and expansion of direct sales with some pre-selected accounts,

  • Seek for potential opportunities in the market, working closely with the other Sales team members.

The essential requirements of the job include:

  • Engineering degree with at least 5 years of field experience, including document writing, creation of CAD drawings and technical support,

  • Commercial and/or pre-sales capabilities and good communications skills,

  • Italian speaker (native level) and good command of English. Spanish and French could be an advantage,

  • Excellent understanding of the technical fundamentals of various interfaces (Ethernet, RS-232 etc.). You should have a solid knowledge of protocols such as binary text, XML, OPC…

  • Ideally, good knowledge of coding machines or electronic equipment.
