Ivy & Jack is a 120-seat venue perched on the doorstep of Perth CBD, on Hay St. It was once home to the old Town Cinema but is now an urban industrial-chic restaurant with a modern twist.

Ivy & Jack is part of the Holiday Inn Perth City Centre , so our customers can vary from in-house guests (often enjoying buffet breakfast), external customers, or corporate clients utilising our conference spaces. The venue is open from breakfast to dinner, 7 days per week.

As a Food & Beverage Attendant, you will be warm and welcoming, delivering a personal level of service to our customers at Ivy & Jack.
This role is responsible for...
Delivering the Holiday Inn service promise of 'Making Guests Smile' by enabling real human connections, putting guests at ease, and creating moments of delight.
Greeting and escorting customers to their table.
Preparing beverages (coffee, alcoholic and non-alcoholic) to a high standard.
Serving food in a professional and timely manner.
Highlighting promotions/daily specials to customers.
Providing meal and/or beverage pairing recommendations upon request.
Maintaining the physical appearance and cleanliness of the restaurant.
Working with and supporting your colleagues to offer a smooth service to our customers.
The successful candidate will...
Have previous experience in a similar Food & Beverage or bar service role.
Barista experience is favourable
Be someone who is highly motivated and genuinely loves to interact with a variety of different people.
Hold a current Responsible Service of Alcohol.
Be able to work across a 7-day rotating roster. Shifts will include days, nights, weekends & Public Holidays.
