REQUIREMENTS: Must be at least 18 years of age. Must be available the entire work period of 02/15/2025-11/15/2025. Must agree to work Mon-Fri, 6 hours per day, Sat, 6 hours. Employer will provide transportation from employer provided living quarters to work site every day. Must read, and agree to, all terms and conditions of employment prior to a referral to the employer.

SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS: Must have at least 3 months of verifiable experience in all job duties. This job requires exposure to extreme temperatures, ability to lift 75 lbs., repetitive movements, extensive walking, frequent stooping, extensive pushing and pulling, drug screen, criminal background check.
JOB DUTIES: Handling manual tasks associated with commodity production and harvest activities. Crops/Commodities: nursery stock. Canning Laborer -- Outdoor work is required when plants are wet, or during light rain, snow, moderate winds, direct sun, high humidity, and extreme temperatures. Temperatures in fields during working hours may vary. Workers may be required to work during inclement weather. Sensitivity to environmental allergens, honeybees, insecticides, herbicides, fungicides, or related chemicals may affect a worker's ability to perform the job. Work is done outdoors for long periods of time and requires prolonged periods of standing and/or walking, repetitive movements, and frequent bending and/or stooping. Workers must be able to handle, lift and carry heavy or bulky objects (product, containers), in accordance with the specified lifting requirements. •Responsible to shift plants to larger containers. •Operate Equipment according to safety guidelines.
