Customer Service Representative

Position Summary: The Customer Service Representative will provide excellent customer service and support to our customers.

Essential Job Functions:

Opens and manages Retail & Farm Store which includes answering phone, scheduling appointments, processing payments or returns. Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication. Addressing customers' questions about products and services. Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution. Maintains the cleanliness of the showroom. Provides project support to President and Operations Manager as requested. Additional job-related duties as assigned. Skills & Abilities:

Answer telephones efficiently and professionally to schedule appointments and answer customer inquiries. Excellent customer service skills. Able to work in a very fast-paced and ever-changing environment. Self-started who requires little direction. Able to work independently and as part of a team. Excellent communication skills both verbal and written. Education & Experience:

Minimum 1-2 years' experience in a customer service position required. Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening. Experience working in a service industry environment preferred. High School Diploma.

Physical Requirements:

Regularly required to stand, walk, and sit for extended periods during the day. Regularly use hands to reach; ability to stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl; and talk or hear. Regularly lift and/or move up to 10 pounds and frequently lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.

Starting pay is $16.00 - $19.00 depending on skills and experience
