Our client, a distribution company is seeking an admin assistant to join their team. PART TIME BUT CAN BECOME FULL TIME ONCE PROVEN EFFICIENCY
Job Title: Admin Assistant
Location: POMPTON PLAINS NJ
Pay Range: $19
Schedule : 1 pm to 5 30 pm
What’s the Job?
Proficiency in Microsoft Office,
Written and verbal communication skills for interacting with clients and staff
Attention to detail to ensure accuracy with data entry, document preparation and report generation
Handling calls, emails, memos and other forms of correspondence
Maintaining digital and physical records
