Job Summary:
The Enterprise PLM (ePLM) team is hiring a License and Financial Management engagement coordinator. This position owns accountability to manage the vendor licenses across the ePLM landscape and manage engagement services with ePLM’s vendor landscape for $20M+ spend level threshold. In this role, the candidate will work directly with ePLM business partners, vendor partners, and leadership to ensure financial, vendor, license management, and security governance protocols are aligned per divisional and enterprise directives. The selected candidate will work with internal and external partners to establish, monitor, and align across EPLM’s diversified and complex tactical and strategic landscape. This role will have accountability to review, evaluate, and govern vendor, financial, security, and license management artifacts to ensure alignment with master agreement protocols. The successful candidate must have a strong planning and organizational skills, intellectual curiosity, a drive to solve complex problems, strong working knowledge of vendor management protocols, a high degree of initiative and the willingness to consistently produce and deliver high quality deliverables. Candidate must have excellent communication skills in both the verbal and written dimensions. This position manages the completion of its own work assignments and coordinates work with vendors and Caterpillar internal partners (legal/purchasing/engineering) as well as creating reports for the leadership team.
What You Will Do:
Manage Statement of Work (SOW(s)) for license / maintenance and services with category buyers & leadership
Review SOW language to ensure is in alignment with master / previous agreements
Create FR3 / Guided Buy & Next Gen, DocuSign Entries with Quotes as part of ePLM IT Spend Management
Track budget vs actual of funding sources compared to SOW’s
Manage project cost alignment with funding sources for budget alignment compliance
Collaborate with leadership to roadmap spend for current / future years in terms of supplier work, license / maintenance requirements
Process & Track invoices coming in with SOW to ensure actuals within budget estimates
Administer Time Reporting protocols for the section.
What You Have:
4 Year Computer-Related/Engineering or Business Process degree
Experience working in a global team and working across a matrixed organization
Ability to deal with sensitive & critical issues, and communicate with leadership & business audiences
High degree of problem-solving ability coupled with proactive risk management
Strong customer focus
Progressive IT experience (application development, application support, and/or resource and vendor management)
Extensive experience working with 3 rd party vendors
Enhanced communication skills
Project Management Experience
Proficiency with Service Now and NextGen

The primary location is Mossville, IL – Tech Center E
MUST BE WILLING TO RELOCATE TO THIS LOCATION AND Work out of the office 3 times a week.
This position may require 10% travel.
