Insight Global DataPower Analyst in Peoria, Illinois

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled DataPower Support Analyst to join our team. Your role will involve managing and resolving technical issues related to DataPower appliances while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction. As a DataPower Support Analyst, you will diagnose and troubleshoot software and hardware problems, resolve network issues, and educate users to maximize and efficiently use DataPower resources. The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills and be able to communicate effectively to understand the problem and explain its solution.

Skills and Requirements

* Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues related to DataPower appliances, including account setup, configuration, and network connectivity.

* Ask customers targeted questions to quickly understand the root of the problem.

* Track DataPower system issues through to resolution within agreed time limits.

* Properly escalate unresolved issues to appropriate internal teams (e.g., software developers).

* Ensure all DataPower-related issues are properly logged.

* Prioritize and manage several open issues at one time.

* Follow up with clients to ensure their DataPower systems are fully functional after troubleshooting. Manual testing experience and ability to create automation within DataPower. null
