TEKsystems Loan Officer Assistant in Pensacola, Florida
TEKsystems is seeking career-driven candidates interested in a Loan Officer Assistant opportunity with a reputable credit union in the Pensacola, FL area.
This is NOT a fully remote position - qualified individuals are required to be fully onsite at Pensacola campus for first 6 months - After 6 months, position will transition into a hybrid scheduled 2 days a week on-site
Hours: Full-Time M-F 8:00am-4:30pm
Job Description:
To assist Loan Officers in facilitating the completion of mortgage loan applications. To collect, analyze, and review supporting loan documentation in accordance with loan guidelines, and provide support throughout the loan application process. Serve as a point of contact for members, receiving and responding to member inquries to help them collect required information and complete any necessary documentation.
Day-to-Day
Support and Communicate with Loan Officers and Members
Obtaining min required docs from Member to assist in approvability of the loan
Working the loan from pre app to post app
Calculate income, analyzing asset statement
Updating loan operating systems
Volume : Pipeline/manage case load- Averaging 45-60 applications total per person which can ramp up during busier times of the year.
Phone : 50% of the job -daily phone contact to members for certain tasks and other tasks will be virtual contact
Qualifications
Mortgage/Real Estate/Financial Institution is HIGHLY PREFERRED
Customer Service/administrative Experience in a professional office setting MUST have 3+ years min experience**
