The RCI Manager reports to the Senior Director of Operations & Engineering. As the RCI Manager you will lead and manage continuous improvement programs across the organization. You will focus on enhancing operational efficiency, reducing waste, and promoting a culture of continuous improvement using methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, and Kaizen. On a given day, you may: Lead continuous improvement projects to enhance operational efficiency. Develop and implement strategies for continuous improvement across multiple departments. Promote a culture of continuous improvement. Analyze existing processes to identify areas for improvement. Develop and implement process improvements to reduce waste, increase efficiency, and improve quality. Develop and deliver training programs to build continuous improvement capabilities. Mentor and support employees in the application of continuous improvement techniques. Monitor project progress, track performance, and report on outcomes. Requirements for the role Bachelor's degree in business, Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field. Minimum of 5 years of experience in continuous improvement, process improvement, or a related role. Certification in Lean, Six Sigma (Green Belt or Black Belt), or other continuous improvement methodologies Experience in managing continuous improvement projects.
