The DSD Sales Representative will be responsible for developing opportunities across the retail channels. This will include developing new customers as well as growing our existing customer base.Position Responsibilities-Increase sales by promoting products and informing existing customers of new products.-Responsible for safely operating company vehicles to transport products to designated locations.-Find and develop new customers and improve sales.-Delivering and unloading our products to customer locations on designated routes.-Load orders into the system the day before to have them prepared at the beginning of the day.-Collect payments from clients, cash, or checks, and prepare reporting at the end of the shift.-Record sales or delivery information on daily driver records.-Utilize company tablet and hand-held printer to record transactions.-Follow assigned routes and schedules to ensure timely delivery of goods.Qualifications-Valid driver's license with a clean driving record -Sales experience required, preferably in the Food industry.-Previous experience in route driving preferred.-Maintain a good appearance, adhering to the company dress code.-Self-motivated, ‘Can Do’ attitude, self-starter.-Ability to carry and lift up to 40lbs.-Ability to focus on driving a company vehicle for extended periods.-Excellent communication and customer service skills.
