We have a full-time contract to hireposition available for an experienced Application Support Analyst to join our Information Services (IS) team located in Pennsauken, NJ. As an Application Support Analyst you will learn about the core responsibilities of our IS office as you respond to requests from all BAYADA Home Health Care offices. In this role, you will be assisting our user base of approximately 4000+ end-users. You will be required to support technical issues including Windows 7 and 10 Operating Systems, MS Office software, proprietary applications, etc. Responsibilities: You will be supporting our clinical staff and office employees in the use of business applications, clinical documentation, and other applications. The ideal candidate must demonstrate excellent organizational, written and troubleshooting skills along with superior oral communications. In addition you must be committed to providing excellent customer service in a fast paced, multi-tasking environment. You must enjoy providing customer support via the telephone all day every day! Demonstrate and communicate the core values of BAYADA and The BAYADA Way. Research complex information through the compilation of statistics, analysis of data and summarization of information for review. Participate in special projects: prepare reports and presentations using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and, PowerPoint, etc.). Demonstrate an increased level of technical skill and expertise regarding troubleshooting issues with various applications. Respond to technical support calls for all BAYADA offices and field employees. Work with the Applications team to troubleshoot and resolve complex problems that require escalation (2nd and 3rd level support issues). Identify and mentor the Applications team to improve technical and trouble-shooting skills (2nd level support issues). Qualifications: Exemplifies characteristics of The BAYADA Way: compassion, excellence and reliability. Four (4) year college degree in Information Systems or a related discipline. Minimum five (5) years experience working in a help desk environment providing applications support. Technical expertise troubleshooting application issues in a Microsoft Windows environment. Comprehensive knowledge of software in a client server environment. Strong knowledge of Microsoft Windows operating systems, and Office applications. Excellent problem-solving skills including the ability to perform root cause analysis to identify trends and implement corrective actions. Demonstrated ability to participate in technical projects, handling day-to-day task management, and providing effective communications with team members, including status reporting. Ability to document and escalate complex problems to the OPS and AD departments (3rd level support issues) and third party vendors such as Homecare Homebase. Committed to providing excellent customer service in a fast paced, multi-tasking environment. Experience developing written support documentation. Excellent organizational, written, and oral communication skills. Ability to read, write and effectively communicate in English.
