Yates Prevention Services Coordinator - ($18.60-$19.76/hour) Join the team that is helping people and changing lives! Pro Action is accepting applications for a part-time Prevention Services Coordinator in Yates County. The Coordinator oversees the Yates Office for the Aging wellness and exercise programs which are evidence based and designed to prevent or reduce chronic disease for individuals based on program eligibility requirements.As the Coordinator, some of the daily essential functions of your job will include: Teach exercise and wellness classes.Develop volunteer lead leaders for each wellness or exercise program.Provide public education and information to promote awareness of programming.Collect participant registration and attendance records and enter in agency database monthly.RequirementsAn associate’s degree in human services or related field of study or equivalent with experience in related field of work. The candidate must have a driver’s license meeting agency standards and consistent, reliable transportation that will allow regular travel in and around the service area.
