Associate Dining Attendant-Cook

Your Journey
Provide nutritional meals to hotel associates in a quick and friendly manner
Prepare cold food items for the salad bar, cold and hot food entrée dishes
Manage all aspects of the food production including food preparation according to the Associate Dining Room menu
Maintain a clean work environment as well as associate dining environment and follow all sanitation principles and procedures to ensure safety
Clean all shelves and refrigerators and set up for next shift
Ensure tables, chairs, and Associate Dining Room furniture is set-up and clean upon opening and maintained throughout the dining experience
8-hour workday, 40-hour work week
Deliver on guests’ expectations and have the desire to create WOW moments
Perform additional duties as assigned that may be outside the scope of duties, based on business needs
About You
You have a passion for food and creating WOW moments

You are trustworthy and have integrity
Must Haves
Previous cooking experience
Basic communication skills
Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays
Hotel experience, a plus

Physical Requirements
Must be able to stand and exert well-paced mobility for an extended period of time
Temperature is moderate and controlled by hotel environmental systems; however, must be able to work in extreme temperatures like freezers (-10°F) and kitchens (+110°F).
Ability to lift and carry up to 60 pounds
Must be able to bend, write, stoop, squat, and stretch to fulfil cleaning tasks
Requires listening and hearing ability and visual acuity
