Position Overview:

As 101s Corporate Recruiter, youll be at the forefront of 101s talent acquisition efforts with a focus on keeping all plant locations and departments fully staffed and primed for future growth. While this role will recruit talent for all departments and roles, the primary focus will be in maintaining a talent pipeline in the following areas: manufacturing/plant workers, forklift operators, fleet and facility maintenance technicians, truck and trailer mechanics, CDL A drivers, and more. Kep Responsibilities for this Role:

  • Develop and execute targeted recruitment strategies to attract top blue-collar talent, particularly in manufacturing, fleet and facility maintenance, truck/trailer mechanic, and CDL A driving roles. Will also source talent for various office/admin and management roles as required.
  • Work with HR and various department heads/management teams to understand the job role and requirements for each position so that effective recruiting strategies are utilized.
  • Use various platforms, including LinkedIn, Indeed, TenStreet, and other job boards, social media, and job fairs/community networking events, to source and create a pipeline of qualified candidates.
  • Conduct thorough screening and preliminary interviews - in-person, over the phone, or other virtual means -to assess candidates work history, skills, experiences, and overall cultural fit.
  • Promote 101 as an employer of choice through various marketing initiatives and recruitment marketing strategies.
  • Utilizing the Companys HRIS system, provide an exceptional onboarding experience to new hires, educating them on what to expect and setting them up for success from day one.
  • Utilize e-verify and i9 to ensure employment authorization of US citizens and non-citizens.
  • Coordinate the logistics of bringing interviewees/new hires to 101 HQ for interviewing, onboarding, and training.
  • Collaborate with Human Resources to develop standardized, written processes for all Recruiting functions.
  • Track and analyze recruitment metrics to continuously improve 101s hiring processes.
  • Ensure all recruitment activities adhere to company policies and legal regulations.
  • Negotiate contracts with outsourcing/staffing agencies.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to keep recruitment strategies fresh and effective. Bring creative, innovative ideas/solutions to the forefront.

Qualifications:

  • Associates degree or greater in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. HR/Recruiting Certification(s), a plus!
  • 3-5 years progressive experience recruiting for both blue- and white-collar positions. Proficiency in recruiting blue collared workers - manufacturing, fleet/facility maintenance, CDL A Driving positions, a plus! Experience hiring non-US citizens with H1B and H2B immigration status.
  • Proficiency with ATS/HRIS systems and other recruitment tools and software. Experience with Paylocity a plus!
  • Excellent verbal/written communication skills with a keen appreciation for Customer Service.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships at all levels.
  • Creative and strategic thinker with strong problem-solving skills.
  • Meticulous attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Spanish speaking skills, a plus.
