Abbott Senior Business Systems Analyst in Penang, Malaysia
MAIN PURPOSE OF ROLE
Act as an internal consultant to understand the business needs/processes in manufacturing shop-floor (MES) operation.
Participate in the whole system development life cycle, from gathering requirements, development, testing, implementation, documentation to maintenance
Work closely with end-users to conduct User Acceptance Test and ensure on-time project delivery
Collaborate with end-users to design and implement new features for system enhancement
Work in MS SQL, MS .NET support environment.
Provide support to the plant regulatory audits in the IT areas especially in those manufacturing used applications
Provide 1st level support to manufacturing applications such as labeling system, environmental monitoring system (eg: Vaisala), SPC (eg: InfinityQS) and Business user on site
