Duties & Responsibilities:
Maintaining strict adherence to all safety rules and regulations to include wearing safety equipment. Assisting with the operation of machinery to expected performance levels. Assisting with set-ups, troubleshooting, and making minor machine adjustments. Keeping designated work area clean throughout shift to ensure a safe and orderly work environment. Production Associates will find opportunities to move into positions with increased responsibilities. Our Production Associates work any shift, including holidays, weekends, and overtime as needed in an unairconditioned, noisy, and high-volume environment. Must be flexible to work any shift 1st, 2nd and 3rd as requested
Requirements

: This position may be required to work overtime up to 12 hours/day or on Saturdays depending on the volume of work. The starting wage for this position is $18.57/hr. (+$.50 shift differential for 2nd & 3rd). Many advancement opportunities!
