Summary You will serve as an Electrician Leader (Expert) at PEARL HARBOR NSY AND IMF. You will serve as an Expert Electrician leading a group of Electrician Helpers, Workers and Apprentices ensuring work assignments are carried out on any of the three shifts assigned. Responsibilities You will serve as an expert for work that involves removing, installing, aligning, repairing, overhauling, troubleshooting and testing of equipment and machinery using known standards and test equipment. You will use a variety of technical manuals, trade knowledge and manufacturer specifications to determine requirements and ensure quality control in maintained. You will lay out, fabricate, assemble and remove electrical wiring, conduit, receptacles, transformers, panels, switches and circuit breakers on industrial plant equipment. You will mentor, train and instruct trade employees in a wide range of electrical systems and equipment. You will work to improve trade processes and keep shop personnel apprised of new technologies and procedures associated with electrical work.
