We're currently looking for people we can train to extrude rubber and/or plastic in our Extrusion areas or fabricate rubber seals, gaskets, and actuators in our Seal Manufacturing production areas. These are machine and non-machine-based work. No experience is required in manufacturing.

These are first-shift positions with a starting rate commensurate with experience. The minimum starting wage is $18.00 - $23.00 per hour.

Qualifications
A successful candidate will:
Have good mechanical aptitude and manual dexterity
Be able to perform simple mathematical calculations to include addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division
Have the ability to read a ruler and measurements
Be able to use hand tools
Physical requirements include:
The ability to be on your feet and/or moving around for the majority of a 4-day / 10-hour shift,
Be able to work in a fast-paced environment both by yourself and with your team
Be able to lift and carry up to 25 lbs frequently during the day (some jobs may be as light as 10 lbs. frequently, some as heavy as 50 lbs.+ with help)
