Precise Systems, Inc. Foreign Military Sales Program Management Analyst in Patuxent River, United States

We are currently looking for a Foreign Military Sales (FMS) Management Analyst to support the H-60 Multi-Mission Helicopters Program (PMA-299) in Patuxent River, Maryland. This position will support the Greece FMS case.

Responsibilities Include but are not limited to the following list.

  • Supports the efforts and actions of the Case Manager/Program Managers/Team Lead for various Foreign Military Sales (FMS) programs.

  • With other members of the Security Cooperation team, and under direction of the Case Manager/Program Manager/Team Lead, assists the Case Manager in analyzing and managing all aspects of FMS casework in accordance with the Arms Export Control Act, the Security Assistance Management Manual (SAMM) and the International Traffic in Arms Regulation (ITAR) as well as applicable DoD Acquisition policy guidance.

  • Assist in development of technical and financial responses to requests for P&A data, letters of request, and case modifications and amendments

  • Work within a multi-disciplinary IPT and coordinate with program analysts, financial/budgetary managers, engineers, and logisticians to promptly address customer requests and prepare program briefs

    Required Experience: This position requires three to ten years of experience.

    Required Education: A Bachelor's Degree or allowable substitutions are required for this position. The Bachelor’s Degree can be substituted with six years of additional work experience or with an Associates Degree and four years of additional work experience.

    Desired Experience

  • Ability to travel for domestic and international meetings and work in fast pace environment

  • Knowledge of FMS policies and procedures and demonstrated ability to apply that knowledge to help inform case execution

  • Ability to track, status and update program action items and risks

  • Ability to develop customer driven milestone charts and actively participate in integrated master schedule development

  • Ability to assist with the development of customer solutions to unique requirements

    Must be able to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance. Due to the sensitivity of customer-related requirements, U.S. Citizenship is required.
