Description:

Responsible for identifying and assessing training needs, creating tailored training plans and implementing various training methods to enhance maintenance technician skills and performance.

Monitors training program effectiveness, manage budgets, and stays updated on training trends.

Identifies training needs, creates training plans and deploys effective training programs to improve technical skills, productivity, and quality of work.

Also assess training program effectiveness, manages training budgets and stays updated on training trends to ensure training initiatives are aligned with program goals and technicians’ development needs.

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree and minimum 9 years prior related experience. Graduate Degree with a minimum of 7 years of prior related experience. In lieu of a degree, minimum of 13 years of prior related experience.

Minimum of five (5) years' experience in a maintenance or training position, of which three (3) years experience must be directly related to Naval systems.

Demonstrated knowledge in the area of training and aircraft maintenance expertise.

In compliance with pay transparency requirements, the salary range for this role is $106,000 - $197,000. This is not a guarantee of compensation or salary, as final offer amount may vary based on factors including but not limited to experience and geographic location. L3Harris also offers a variety of benefits, including relocation stipend, 401(k), EAP, and company-paid holidays. The specific programs and options available to an employee may vary depending on date of hire, schedule type, and the applicability of collective bargaining agreements.
